These commercial buildings are an ice ring and beach restaurant. They are entirely new construction. They are in village of Kranevo, Balchik municipality, 25 km north of the city of Varna. Universal stroi consult OOD is the main contractor of both projects. The total built-up area is 13 500 square meters. The ice ring is with metal bearing structure. The main entrance is part of the aluminium glass curtain wall. The façade part of the changing rooms is revetment from HPL boards. Designed in such a way to imitate ice surface. The restaurant is on the beach with only 15m from the sea. It is with wood bearing construction from beams and columns. For the needs of the project façade and decking was imported from Germany. The restaurant was completed for 3 months and the ice ring for 24 months.
