Our story

Our history

The company was created april 1994 through the unification of 3 companies SD "Uzunovi CHB", ET "G.Gandjov", ET "P.Parashkanski". USK OOD becomes the rightsholder of the properties of the afore mention companies. Since then it has grown into a leader in construction in southwest Bulgaria. We have completed a large number of complex projects in the capital Sofia, Burgas and many other places in Bulgaria. In the year 200 the company expands its business by creating its production base for production of doors and windows. Our most acclaimed is the resort "Kamchia" on the river bed of the river of the same name.

2004 year - Building of the year - Awards for „Building for special designation” за Park for dancing bears,located in Belitsa.
2007 year - Nomination for building of the year in category of Community buildings for Multifunctional building in city of Blagoevgrad.
2010 year - Building of the year - Special award for socially significant contribution for the future of children for Child's recovery camp "Raduga", resort Kamchia.
2010 year - Winner's diploma for "best completed project - year 2009 in category of investment and construction" of the government of Moscow for hotel complex "Longoz-block 2".
2011 year – Winner's diploma for "best completed project - year 2010 in category of investment and construction" of the government of Moscow for child's recovery camp "Raduga", medical recovery resort of Kamchia.
2012 year – Building of the year- special award for largest investment project with unique conception in the sphere of culture , education, health and sport: Medical recovery resort of Kamchia.
2012 year - Nomination for building of the year in category „Educational buildings“ – Project: „School of „Yuri Gagarin“, resort Kamchia.
2012 year - Nomination for building of the year „Hotels and holiday villages“ – Project: „holiday village „Pirin“, resort Kamchia.
