Residential building bansko

This residential building is luxury construction, realised with Universal stroi consult OOD’s expertise as the main contractor. The project is in tourist resort of Bansko and has a built-up area of 680 square meters. This is one of the first buildings which Universal stroi consult OOD completes in Bansko. The company oversaw the execution of the finishing works. Including the production and installation of the glazed joinery. The architectural vision of the building was inspired by traditional Bulgarian style. Many wood elements can be found in the interior and exterior of the building, which enrich the authentic look planed in the project. The glazed joinery was made with high quality Austian system for wood joinery IV68. The construction was completed in short span of 6 months.
