Recovery camp „Raduga“

The complex is part of wellness medical retreat “Kamchia” built for children. It is in the region Kamchia, municipality Avren 25km south of the city of Varna. Universal stroi consult OOD is the main contractor. The total built-up area of “Raduga” is 41 700 square meters. The complex is designed as a spiral arrangement of buildings serving as guest accommodations. In the centre of the spiral is building of modern architectural design serving as the main entrance. Each one of the guest sectors has 6 floors and in the underground level of each one there is conference room with a capacity of 80 people and a recreation room. The next 3 floors are taken by identical accommodation rooms. The bearing structure is from reinforced concrete, solid with vertical elements: beams and columns.
