Medical centre „Zdravec“

The medical centre is part of wellness medical retreat “Kamchia” built for children. It is in the region Kamchia, municipality Avren 25km south of the city of Varna. Universal stroi consult OOD is the main contractor. The total built-up area of “Raduga” is 7000 square meters. The building has 2 floors with the eastern direction due to the natural elevation a 3rd underground floor is revealed. The roof floor is used actively for medical procedures and is separated by short enclosure walls and see-trough pergolas. The plan of the building is an approximate ellipsoid and is a close corridor type with two side room placements. The inner space is split to separate zones according to the type of medical and rehabilitation services.
