Hotel “Sokol” Borovetz

This project is a commercial building that has been reconstructed from a historical monument of Bulgarian culture. Universal stroi consult OOD is the main contractor in it. The site is in tourist complex of Borovetz, area “Pesako”, district 29 and has a built-up area of 2400 square kilometres. The hotel is 300 metres from the central part of Borovetz. The new building is a hotel and has a distinct façade revetment from wood. It has a winter garden with structure from solid oak. The windows are also made from solid oak wood. The hotel's architectural style is inspired by the traditional wooden mountain cabins characteristic of the region. The construction was completed in the short span of 7 months.
