Holiday village „Pirin“

The complex is part of wellness medical retreat Kamchia and is designed as holiday village. It is in the region Kamchia, municipality Avren 25km south of Varna. Universal stroi consult OOD is the main contractor. The total built-up area of the resort is 9 432 square meters. The project has two types of villa buildings, which are separated by number column axes; three or four. Every building with 3 axes has three studios per floor, total of six and every building with four axes includes four studios per floor, total of eight. The hotel building is placed next to the main entrance of the holiday village. It is composed from 2 spaces; a three floor one with south view and a two one with an eastern view. The façade solution of the hotel building is identical to the villas ensuring uniform architecture of the complex.
